Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what information Justified Media collects through its acquisition pages and managed website service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written for the business owners who visit these pages and buy our service, not for lawyers.

Some of the tools described below (such as checkout, analytics, and advertising pixels) are enabled at different times as the service rolls out. Where that is the case, we say so rather than claiming they are already running.

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and prospective or current customers who use Justified Media's acquisition pages and services, including our niche pages for carpet cleaning, plumbing, roofing, and property restoration businesses, and anyone who contacts us or purchases our managed website service through these pages.

Information you give us directly

You may provide information directly when you contact us, start a purchase, or onboard as a customer. Depending on how you interact with us, that can include:

  • Your name
  • Your business or company name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Information about your business and services
  • Messages and form submissions you send us
  • Onboarding information and business assets you upload (such as logos and job photos) when those flows are available
  • Payment and transaction information when checkout is enabled. Payments are handled by payment providers such as Stripe; when a provider like Stripe processes your payment, Justified Media does not need to store your full card number itself.

Information collected automatically

When tracking technologies are enabled on our pages, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Pages you view and how you move through the site
  • The source that referred you to us
  • UTM and campaign parameters from the link or ad that brought you here
  • Interactions and conversion events (for example, button clicks or purchases)
  • Cookie, pixel, or similar identifiers
  • Approximate location derived from technical information, where applicable

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how our pages are used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to record when a visit to this site results in a purchase. We load Google's tag with Consent Mode in a denied state by default: before you make a choice, no analytics or advertising cookies or persistent identifiers are set, and Google may receive only limited, cookieless consent-mode signals indicating that consent was denied.

Analytics and Advertising are two separate optional choices. Analytics measurement and analytics cookies activate only if you accept analytics. Google Ads conversion measurement activates only if you accept advertising; when it is enabled and you complete a purchase, we report the purchase to Google Ads with the order amount, currency, and the payment reference for that order, so the same purchase is not counted twice. We do not report a conversion if you have not accepted advertising. You can accept or decline each purpose separately, and change either choice at any time, using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

Accepting advertising also enables the Meta Pixel, which reports page views, offer page views, checkout starts, and completed purchases (order amount and currency, with an order reference used only to prevent double counting) to Meta. The Meta Pixel does not load and sends nothing at all unless you accept advertising, and we do not send it the contents of your checkout, billing, or intake page addresses.

When enabled, these providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to collect the information described above. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and talk with you about the service
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process purchases and customer onboarding
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
  • Attribute traffic and sign-ups to the campaigns that generated them
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run the business, limited to what they need to do their part. These can include:

  • Payment processors such as Stripe
  • Website and hosting providers
  • Analytics and advertising platforms
  • Email, form, CRM, or scheduling providers when used
  • Professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to share

We may also share information in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or sale of assets) or where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information

Justified Media does not sell your personal information for money. Some privacy laws treat certain advertising and retargeting technologies as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply to you, you may have the right to opt out of that kind of sharing, see "Your choices and privacy rights" below.

Cookies and similar technologies

Some technologies are necessary for our pages to function, for example, remembering basic preferences or keeping the site secure. Others, such as analytics and advertising cookies, help us understand usage and measure campaigns, and are only used when you have opted in.

Your consent choice is stored on your device so we can honor it on future visits. You can review or change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, which reopens the preferences panel and lets you accept or revoke analytics. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the business, service, and legal purposes described in this policy, for example, to deliver your service, maintain records of transactions, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, which can include the right to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to certain uses, or opt out of certain advertising and data-sharing practices.

To make a request, contact us through our Talk to Us First page. We will respond as required by the laws that apply to your request.

Children

Our pages and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our pages, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
